Once you receive your shipping confirmation email you can track your order by clicking the link in the email.

Custom and duty charges

Deliveries to countries outside Australia might incur customs or import taxes. Unfortunately, since we don’t have any control over these charges, we can’t cover them for you.

• All shipping delivery times advised are provided by our shipping carriers. MORVARIEDS PTY LIMITED will not be held liable for any delivery delays made by our shipping carriers and their associates.
• MORVARIEDS PTY LIMITED is not held liable for unforeseen delays made by Customs Officials/ Shipping Carrier/ natural disasters in the course of shipment.
• Regional Areas may take longer for delivery or may be excluded from a shipping service advertised - Applies to all countries. 
• It is your duty to monitor the tracking status of your parcel. Failure to claim/collect your parcel within a reasonable time-frame set by the postal system may result in your parcel being returned to us. In the event your parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will then apply to return the item to you.

• The website platform is not able to accept two discount coupons for one order at the same time, Therefore, if you are using a discount coupon for your order and total price goes under the Free Shipping Threshold amount of the zone, you won't be eligible for Free shipment.

• Signature on delivery applies to All Express Parcels & all orders over $300 AUD  
  (insurance included)

• If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Morvarieds PTY LIMITED is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing. Further, Morvarieds will not be able to refund or resend the parcel. We appreciate your understanding.
• If a customer makes an error when providing a shipping address during the checkout process, Morvarieds PTY LIMITED reserves the right to charge a shipping fee as quoted at time of re-shipment.
